Investment in real estate is there is a key decision these days. Even proper evaluation of the market may not be helpful unless one is lucky to enjoy profits. An enthusiastic investor came to me and asked whether he can buy a particular land for investment so that he can get a profit in the near future. I immediately prepared a horoscope for the moment on 9th July 2023 at 18:25:15 hrs in Tenali.

What is the Principle?

The 4th house is for fixed assets. Mars for open lands. Mars and the Moon for buildings etc. If the sub-lord of the 4th house is connected with 4, 11, and 12 houses then one will buy fixed assets. Here involvement of the 6th house is for raising loans and so on.

If one wants to know about making a profit we need to check the ruling or upcoming main period lord. If it is connected with 2, 6, and 11 houses at the sublevel then profits are promised. Connection of 5, 8, and 12 will dilute the results. Note that planet must have a connection with the 4th house otherwise, profit should not be predicted.

Application

Here 4th house sub-Lord is Saturn. It is in the 2nd house in the Rahu Star and Mercury sub-division. Rahu is in the 4th house along with Jupiter. Rahu also denotes Mars lord of the 12th house. Mercury confirms the promise of star lord as it is in the star of Jupiter and sub-division of Rahu.

Note that retro Saturn may cause delay or uncertainty in the matter. Mercury the 10th lord shows the possibility of selling property too.

So investment in the property is promised but the registration dates may be postponed until the sun moves towards Saturn star Pushyami i.e. after 21st July.

Will I make a profit in the future?

As mentioned earlier, the Dasa lord should have a connection with the 4th house and 2, 6, and 11 houses at the sub-level.

Saturn dasa ends by April 2024. Mercury will be the next Dasa lord. It is in Jupiter star lord of 4 in the 4th house and Rahu sub who deposited in Ketu star connected with 6, 10, and 11 houses.

Therefore he will make a decent profit in Mercury dasa and Mercury Bhukti (sub-period) itself. Note Mercury is in movable sign, it rules the star on the 4th house and also the sub-position of Saturn. So the Mercury-Mercury-Kethu period prevailing between August and October 2024 will give profits. Saturn's transit in the star of Jupiter is highly favorable.
